Riana officiates ceremonies on location in Palm Beach and Broward Counties of Florida and adjusts her approach and delivery making it appropriate to any setting and style of service you desire. Choose from a fully customized personal ceremony with the Gold package, or a lovely, pre-written Silver Ceremony for a smaller or family ceremony.
Inter-Faith Minister, Rev. Riana has over 23 years of experience and was one of the busiest booked Officiants in Southern New Jersey. She is now available in the Palm Beach and Broward Counties of Florida for weddings, vow renewals, anniversary ceremonies, or Love commitment ceremonies.
Riana is Certified as a Pre-Wedding Course provider for those wishing to have a ceremony within 3 days of filing for a license. These four, 1-Hour sessions are privately held on location in Palm Beach Co. as she helps couples understand how to navigate through the most challenging situations that often sabotage marriages today.

Last-minute bookings can be accommodated; however, a rush charge of $50 will apply if booked less then 7 days to a ceremony.
Payments can be made through Pay Pal on this site at info@rianamilne.com. Please understand that once your payment is made by cash, credit card, or Pay Pal, there are no Refunds because Rev Riana will block out your time, and refuse other bookings once you make payment.
